IIt’s tough to accept that during the 1900s, not quite long ago, women were not given lots of privileges, most of which are taken for granted today. Women were forced to be the primary caregivers of the family. For this reason, they were mostly engaged in domestic chores throughout their lives. Their involvement in higher education, decision-making positions and leadership roles was negligible.

George Santayana has accurately quoted that:

“Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”

This implies that the best way to educate future generations about the downfalls of humanity is by informing them about the past. We should make use of our past experiences to become even wise and more knowledgeable.
